Since opening our doors in 2013, Arc Rite has been built on more than steel and fabrication. We’ve been built on people, relationships, and a commitment to doing things the RITE WAY.
For more than a decade, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside clients and engineering firms who share the values that guide us: integrity, professionalism, quality, and a job well done. We’re proud of the trust we’ve earned through those relationships and the reputation we’ve built together.
At the heart of Arc Rite is our team. Our Production and Operations Managers bring decades of hands-on experience in bridge fabrication and assembly. Many of our leaders began their careers right here on the shop floor, learning the craft firsthand and growing alongside the company. Their journey reflects something we believe deeply in: **when you invest in your people, they become the foundation of everything you build.**
